Manual notes vs Riot sample data

The manual matchup setup is the main recommendation. Those notes are written for the guide and should be used first, especially for lane plans, trading patterns and situational advice.

Riot API sample data is shown separately when available. It can help with current runes, summoners, item trends and stat shards, but small samples can be noisy and should support the manual notes rather than replace them.
